Lawrence's histroy as an
experienced Real Estate Professional is comprised of creative vision,
strategic planning, and projected expertise. Lawrence has broad
experience in both Land Development and Commercial Industrial
/Retail/Office Leasing. He has worked with the various city planners
and zoning officers in and around the Greater Toronto region in
situations where the subject land was vacant, or the building
structures were deemed functionally obsolete, or the buildings were
designated as heritage buildings. These various undertakings exposed
Lawrence to an assortment of situations where by the subject properties
were zoned, or needed to be re-zoned, as residential; commercial;
retail; office; mixed use; or industrial, and required visual and
enviromental safety improvements facilitated precisely by those exact
inherent qualities, such as; the vision, the strategic planning, and
the projected expertise.
This
experience as a Commercial Realtor has been acquired through more than
15 years of successful Communication, Internet connectivity,computer
literacy and Real Estate Indenture skills. His peers have long
